The Thanksgiving Feast from Native Foods is one of the most satisfying and well-rounded holiday meals available this year! The star of the show is the Original Wellington, a buttery puff pastry filled with seitan-based steak, kale, herbed yams & mushrooms, caramelized onion & orange juice compote, and cranberry stuffing. Along with the satisfying main course, you’ll get shallot mushroom gravy, green beans with savory butter and spiced almonds, garlic mashed potatoes, and cranberry stuffing. Customers can pre-order Native Foods’ Thanksgiving Feast until November 18 for pickup on November 24. The Original Wellington by itself is available for pickup now. In addition to the Westwood location, this limited-edition meal is available at the restaurant’s Chicago, Denver, and Southern California locations. While you’re there picking up, we’d suggest trying the pumpkin cheesecake parfait. You’ll thank us later.
We are ThanksLIVING for Whole Foods’ Vegan Meal for Two curated by the iconic vegan chef and cookbook author Chloe Coscarelli. The feast consists of a cremini mushroom roast with mushroom gravy, miso creamed greens, coconut sweet potato casserole, jalapeño cornbread dressing, and pumpkin curry soup. It’s available for pre-order online until Tuesday, November 23 or while supplies last for pickup in-store between November 19-25. Whole Foods also sells each dish from Chef Chloe’s meal individually, in addition to other shareables like spinach artichoke puffs, cider-roasted Brussels sprouts, roasted garlic mashed cauliflower, mac ‘n’ cheese, and pumpkin pie.
Gelson’s has two plant-based holiday meals for an efficient and delicious Thanksgiving feast this year! The Hazelnut Cranberry Roast Dinner features hazelnut-infused plant-based meat stuffed with Field Roast sausages, crystallized ginger, cranberries, and apples—all wrapped in a savory vegan puff pastry. The Celebration Roast Dinner contains a plant-based roast seasoned with sage, garlic, and lemon juice with stuffing and mushroom gravy. Both options also come with Brussels sprouts, mashed cauliflower, and vegan baklava for the sides. Pre-orders can be placed until Tuesday, November 23 for pickup before 1pm on Thursday, November 25.
If you’d like a full Thanksgiving feast or just a few solo items, M Cafe has it all—they’ve even got soy-free, gluten-free, and nut-free options! The Thanksgiving Dinner Box comes with your choice of entrée (the seitan turkey roast and tempeh loaf are vegan) alongside spiced pumpkin hummus with pita bread, butternut squash & apple bisque, green goddess salad, mashed sweet potatoes, roasted Brussels sprouts, and vegan truffle mac ‘n’ cheese. All of those dishes can be ordered separately as well if you’d like to build your own dinner. Orders must be placed by Monday, November 22 at 7pm for pickup on Wednesday, November 24.
The fan-favorite vegan mac ‘n’ cheese pop-up is back for another year with their hearty scratch-made Thanksgiving Box! It comes with a lentil meat shepherd’s pie entrée and all the fixins—mushroom gravy, cornbread pudding, roasted garlicky creamy greens, roasted squash with a lemon yogurt dressing & dried cranberries, vinegar-marinated cilantro cabbage slaw, and a slice of pecan pumpkin pie. If you can’t go without Avocadamama’s famous mac, you can add a side of the creamy, cheesy noods for an additional cost. Pre-orders must be made online in advance for pickup in Pasadena on Wednesday, November 24 from 3-8pm.
From vegan meatloaf and stuffing to baked mac ‘n’ cheese, mashed potatoes, and mushroom gravy, Joi Cafe takes the word “feast” to a new level! On the sweet side, they’ve got a pecan crunch sweet potato casserole with marshmallows, cinnamon rolls, and a selection of pies and cakes from Yvonne’s Vegan Kitchen. Oh, and these aren’t your typical, boring cake flavors—we’re talking chocolate creme de menthe and vanilla spice with sunflower date caramel. Everything this year is take-and-bake, so customers will pick the pre-made meals up with directions on how to heat and serve. Pre-orders can be placed online until 4pm on Sunday, November 20 for pickup between 9am and 6pm on Wednesday, November 24.
West Hollywood & Redondo Beach
Pura Vita is going above and beyond with their Thanksgiving catering menu! Both locations offer Thanksgiving meals with a variety of classic, innovative holiday dishes to choose from. The traditional dishes include roasted garlic whipped potatoes, sage apple ciabatta stuffing, Brussels sprouts, applewood smoked maple jackfruit, porcini mushroom gravy, and cranberry sauce. If you want to ditch the classic holiday roast and have a more Italian-inspired entrée, Pura Vita has you covered with their baked carbonara (West Hollywood) and cashew ricotta lasagna (Redondo Beach). For dessert, you can take your pick from spiced iced ginger cookies, pumpkin cheesecake, chocolate peanut butter pie, and chocolate fudge cake. All orders must be placed by 8pm on Sunday, November 21 for pickup on Thursday, November 25.
You don’t want to miss Kick Ass Vegan’s holiday menu! The family-of-four special features one meat alternative, two sides, and sweet butter cornbread. When faced with options like chicken & gravy, jackfruit pot roast, green bean casserole, mac ‘n’ cheese, and candied yams, you might find yourself adding on extra mains and sides—and we don’t blame you! Pre-orders can be placed until Wednesday, November 10 (or while supplies last) for pickup on Tuesday, November 23.
