Dirty Vegan has created a plant-based comfort food DIY kit form to kick the new year of with some much needed comfort and joy. The sister to London’s Dirty Bones has partnered with Beyond Meat, London’s dairy, egg and gluten-free Vida Bakery and MEDA CBD Drinks to create The Ultimate Vegan Comfort Kit, an exclusive, plant-based kit available for nationwide delivery. 2 Pasta Evangelists
Pasta Evangelists have created a fresh new range of plant-based sauces like Watercress Pesto, Smoked Tomato Sauce and Rosemary & Hazelnut Crumb for their new Veganuary range of pasta meal kits. Each week in January pasta lovers can choose from a new rotation of five nutritious, vegan recipes – all featuring Pasta Evangelists signature hand-rolled, egg-free pasta and fresh produce sourced from Italy. Dishes include Beetroot & Chickpea Tortellini, Orecchiette with Sundried Tomato Pesto, Roasted Vegetable & ‘Cheese’ Tortellini with Vegan Sage Butter, Pumpkin & Sage Triangoli with Wild Rocket Sauce, and Spaghetti Arrabbiata. 3 Green Haus 
The team behind Six by Nico restaurants has introduced Green Haus, a new version of their vegan brand, 24 Carrot. Green Haus: Winter Volume 2, available on the HOME-X platform, designed to offer restaurant quality gourmet experiences at home, will offer eight vegan dishes. Choose from the likes of hot and sour kimchi cabbage in a sesame and ginger dressing; Levantine muhammara, butterbean, walnut and basil salad with crisp breads; sweet piquillo pepper tabbouleh with toasted farro; Cantonese vegetable huo fun with rice noodle, beansprout, ginger and soy; Goan xacuti masala, smoked potato, spinach, snow pea and Kashmiri chilli; salted crispy tofu with fennel and pineapple salad; and pumpkin and orange cake with coconut frosting, blueberry and Tahitian vanilla. 4 Rudy’s Vegan Diner
Camden’s only vegan diner, Rudy’s, has launched a debut range of DIY delivery kits available nationwide. If you’re missing delicious diner-style dishes, then this one’s for you. Choose from one of four DIY kits, each a deconstructed version of Rudy’s favourite menu items, complete with everything you need to make veganised versions of classic American junk food at home. The kits include the Rudy’s Reuben, complete with a whole loaf of rye bread and ample vegan pastrami, the Burger DIY box, the Grilled Chick’n Caesar Burger, and the Broccoli Mac ‘n’ Cheeze, complete with three layers of toppings. For lucky Londoners north of the river, the cult Camden diner dishes such as the Dirty Dog or the Buffalo Wings will be available to order to selected postcodes every Thursday to Sunday via Deliveroo.

5 The Cinnamon Club
One of London’s most acclaimed Indian restaurants, The Cinnamon Club, has created fabulous cook-at-home feast kits with everything you need to make the restaurant’s signature celebratory dishes at home. For Veganuary, Executive Chef and master of spice Vivek Singh has designed a beautifully balanced, plant-based tasting menu packed full of flavour and spice. The generous vegan feast includes Mysore Rassam (South Indian spiced lentil, tomato and pepper soup) and Bhel Papdi Chaat with puffed rice, crisp wheat, tamarind, garlic chilli and green chutneys, as well as warming mains like grilled aubergine with sesame tamarind crumble; chargrilled cauliflower with spinach nutmeg sauce and curry leaf lime crumble; vegan chola dal; and Keralan sunshine rice flavoured with turmeric, lemon, mustard and curry leaves. 6 Après Food Co
Award-winning Clerkenwell restaurant Après Food Co has overhauled its business model to launch innovative health-focused food boxes with plenty of vegan options. Available nationwide, the nutritionally-balanced, restaurant-quality dishes are specifically designed with health in mind (co-founder Catherine Sharman is a nutritional therapist, as well as the head chef, which is a bonus). The Specific Health-Focused Boxes, geared for Immune Function Support, Clarity of Mind & Energy, and Blissful Sleep, are available as a three-day box (£45), five-day box (£72) and seven-day box (£100). Each box contains illustrated guides with recipes, overviews, information, tips and advice, with vegan options including the likes of roast butternut squash, tomato and mozzarella crumble; fragrant Thai vegetable curry with cauliflower pilau, and beetroot and apple fritters with mint and chilli chutney available. There are also Better Boxes, featuring nourishing flash-frozen ready meals, puddings and snacks designed for those on the go (again, vegan options are available).
